What is the return policy?
At this time, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. All sales are final. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at hello@ninelivespaper.com if there's an issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the damaged item.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. International shipping fees are too steep right now, so we're only able to ship domestically in the US. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll stay tuned for updates.
When will I get my order & how is it shipped?
Orders shipped with love & care within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info. All orders shipped via USPS.
Where are your products manufactured?
We make all of our original artwork in our studio in Salt Lake City, Utah with gouache, ink, pencil, and the occasional stray material. The prints are professionally produced on bright white 290 gsm archival paper using giclée printing.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently have flat rate shipping and free shipping over $50. Rates are subject to change, but display at checkout.
Do you offer commissions or custom orders?
At this time, no. We're focused on creating and releasing new collections and launching wholesale. We're blushing that you asked though - thank you!
