US Shipping

 

• Orders shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info.
• Art prints are shipped in rigid mailers.
• Orders shipped via USPS.

Shipping Updates

After your package is shipped, we're not able to alter your shipping info. We suggest handling delivery notes, tracking inquiries, packages held within the shipping service, and address updates directly with the shipping courier. Their tracking dashboard is available in the shipping confirmation email you received from us. 

Lost & Stolen Packages

Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and secure. If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors, the front desk folks, and your local post office. 

For parcels returned due to an incorrect address or shipping issue, contact me with your order details within 30 days of the initial order date for re-shipment. 

If a parcel is stolen, please reach out to us directly at hello@ninelivespaper.com to discuss. We strive to handle the matter as best as we can, on a case by case basis.
